A Quiet Reformation

Soul Searching Series

Sometimes, protecting ourselves is only the beginning. There comes a time when we have to look inward and ask ourselves what needs to change.

I reached that point when I realized I could not keep carrying every experience, and every version of myself that life had created. Some things had shaped me, but they did not have to define me. I began to separate what was truly mine from what I had simply learned to carry.

A Quiet Reformation came from that process of looking inward, letting go, and slowly rebuilding myself in a way that felt more honest.

Reformation isn’t always about becoming someone new; it's about letting go of who you thought you had to be, so you can return to who you were always meant to be.

"A series exploring the journey of coming home to oneself.”
